A production plant certified with the EC Stamp is also operational within the headquarters, dedicated to the processing and packaging of meat intended for the consumer channel. The company has a central role in daily operational management and in developing relationships with the main customers of large-scale distribution and catering.

Production plant specialized in the processing and deboning of beef, located in a strategic area for agri-food logistics. Equipped with freezing tunnels, cold rooms and lines dedicated to vacuum packaging and IQF, the plant guarantees high volumes and certified quality standards (IFS, BRC, ISO, HACCP, EC Stamp).

POZZAGLIO ED UNITI (CR)
Plant specialized in the production of cooked cured meats, designed to integrate automation, technological innovation and high food safety standards. Spread over an area of 45,000 m2, of which 20,000 are covered, it is currently in the start-up phase and will be designed to host production lines dedicated to DOP and IGP cured meats, including IGP mortadella, with processes designed to meet the needs of specialized markets. The structure is designed to guarantee high production volumes, constant quality and full traceability of processes, meeting the needs of large-scale retail, food service and export. The facility is destined to become a point of reference in cooked cured meats, with a wide and flexible offer, capable of combining tradition and innovation.
