STORAGE OF GOODS FOR THIRD PARTIES
The Group’s facilities offer a dedicated third-party storage service, within modern, safe and authorized warehouses, ideal for the storage of non-perishable packaged food products. The storage service is based on a structure equipped with over 2,000 pallet spaces, destined to reach 10,000 by 2026 thanks to an expansion plan already underway. The management is supported by automated shuttle systems, which guarantee:

FREEZING SERVICE
To ensure the highest quality over time, Marchese Group offers an advanced fast freezing service, designed to preserve the organoleptic, structural and nutritional characteristics of the products. The process takes place through high-capacity tunnels, which operate at temperatures between -30°C and -50°C, allowing the nucleation phase to be privileged over the crystal growth phase. This allows for a fine and uniform crystalline structure to be obtained, a fundamental element for not damaging the cell membranes of the product. Thanks to this configuration, fast freezing ensures:
- The preservation of the original texture of the product
- The maintenance of intracellular liquids
- The protection of the overall nutritional value
