We import meat and poultry from the best production areas in the world, selecting directly from the main continents. We work exclusively with reliable and responsible suppliers, with whom we establish long-lasting relationships based on dedicated purchasing programs. This approach allows us to guarantee constant quality, the result of rigorous controls carried out both in the country of origin and on arrival. Direct management of the supply chain and the experience gained over time ensure the Marchese Group continuity in supplies, reliability in deliveries and meat selected according to the highest quality standards.

BEEF

We select exclusively young bulls and heifers from certified farms in Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Poland. Our range includes a variety of anatomical cuts, whole, boned and with bone, ideal for all segments: from the food industry to catering. Each cut is processed according to controlled and certified processes, packaged ensuring high yield, food safety and optimal conservation.

PORK

The pork offer includes a wide range of cuts, from fresh to frozen, suitable for multiple uses: traditional butchery, processing industry, food service and artisanal processes. The selection is made with attention to the quality of the meat and the origin of the animals, favoring reliable European supply chains. Pork meat from farms that respect animal welfare standards is also available, as well as special lines such as Iberian pork or BIO.

VEAL

Veal is synonymous with delicacy, tenderness and light color. It is obtained from animals belonging to category V, selected to provide young but structured meat, with fine fibers and a refined taste. Particularly appreciated in catering and gastronomic processing, it is available in different formats: whole, quarters, anatomical or portioned cuts. Also in this case, the entire production process complies with European standards and is certified to guarantee hygiene, quality and preservation.

LAMB

We offer a selection of high-quality sheep meat, coming from controlled European farms, where respect for animal welfare is a priority. Lamb meat is appreciated for its intense flavor, natural tenderness and high digestibility. We offer whole or portioned cuts, both fresh and frozen, ideal for food service, gourmet catering and specialized butchers. Also available are grass-fed selections and certified origins (e.g. New Zealand, Ireland, EU).

POULTRY

The poultry line includes chicken and turkey, both fresh and frozen, processed in different formats: whole, anatomical cuts, fillets, pre-cooked, marinated or ready-to-cook. The supply chain follows rigorous quality and safety criteria, with selections coming from certified European farms. Marchese Group provides flexible solutions for the food industry, catering and large-scale retail trade, also with IQF products, burgers and customized gastronomic specialties.

BIOLOGICAL

The BIO line includes beef, pork and sheep meats from certified organic farms, where each phase – from animal nutrition to final processing – is regulated according to the highest European standards. Traceability, sustainability and respect for animal welfare are the pillars of this line. The organic meats are processed in the Group’s plants according to certified processes and packaged to preserve freshness and quality.
